Unfortunately, however, we are still seeing cases of "impersonation."

One common tactic used in impersonation scams is to initially make contact through social media comments or direct messages, and then move on to individual communication via email or messaging apps. Furthermore, there have been cases where victims are instructed to purchase cryptocurrency or gift cards during these individual exchanges.

Our affiliated artists and staff will never send individual messages or request money.
Please be careful not to comply under any circumstances.

Illegal posting or distribution of images and videos of our affiliated artists, as well as illegal sales of products such as DVDs, Blu-rays, and photographs featuring our artists, may infringe upon the artists' portrait rights, as well as our copyrights, portrait rights, and publicity rights.

Furthermore, taking photos or posters of affiliated artists yourself and posting them on social media, or posting photos or videos posted by artists or staff on social media on your personal account, or using them as your personal account icon, constitutes an infringement of copyright, portrait rights, and other rights.

However, please be aware that each photo or video may have its own copyright holder. To share official photos and videos on social media, we kindly ask that you share the content by reposting, retweeting, or using the appropriate sharing options.

We will take strict action against any defamation or slander directed at our affiliated artists, our company, or related parties, including procedures for disclosing the sender's information and other legal procedures.
