Please note that we will NOT be able to respond to any inquiries that are not listed on the information page.
In some cases, the information may change without prior notice. Please also note that last-minute announcements may be made in terms of spontaneous TV, radio broadcasts, or newspapers, and there may be a case that we are unable to provide prior notice.

How to purchase artist products

Artist products are on sale at theCo-LaVo Official Shop.Please be aware that some items are limited edition and will be unavailable once the stock runs out. For inquiries about Co-LaVo Official Shop, artist products, or any apps, please directly contact us via the contact form on each website.

Copyright infringement, defamation, spoofing, or any other scams

● Infringement of rights

Any illegal exposure of images or videos of our artists, or any other illegal sale of products, such as DVDs and Blu-rays of their performances or photos might lead to infringement of the artists' copyrights, portrait rights, and publicity rights.

The following acts will also be against these copyrights: ・Taking photos or posters of our artists and posting them on social media ・Saving photos from social media and posting them public ・Posting photos and videos on your account ・Using any of our photos as your personal profile picture
If we determine that you are genuinely supporting the artists, we will not request that you delete your posts or freeze your account.
However, please be aware that each photo or video may have its own copyright holder. To share official photos and videos on social media, we kindly ask that you share the content by reposting, retweeting, or using the appropriate sharing options.

● Defamation

We will investigate any defamatory comments about our artists or related parties, and may take legal action if necessary.

Impersonation

Neither our artists nor our staff will speak out or post anything other than our official website (including social media).
Likewise, we will not leave a comment on your account under the name of our artists or staff (excluding the comments on TV or our official website ).
