Co-LaVo Co., Ltd. is an artist management company that began operations in April 2021, with the concept of "a place where we can create new value together."
The concept is based on the idea that different personalities can align their perspectives, connect with people from all over the world, and share a vision.
We have built a management system based on mutual trust with our artists, and while making the most of the talents of our artists, we develop, propose and put into practice new projects including videos, advertisements, events, fan clubs and merchandise production.
We are looking for applicants who love entertainment, are flexible, quick on their feet, have a sense of responsibility, are confident in their physical strength, and can work in a team.

Artist manager

・General schedule management for assigned artists
・On-site support and attendance for photography, interviews, events, meetings, etc.
・Confirming contact details with relevant parties regarding filming and various projects, preparing documents, negotiating, and making various preparations
・SNS management work (photography, editing, planning, etc.)
・Contract and license related liaison services
・All other artist management-related tasks
・Fan club, merchandising, event planning and promotion

Management Assistant

・General support for artist managers
・On-site support for photography, interviews, events, meetings, etc.
・Confirming contact details with relevant parties regarding each project, such as filming, FC, MD, events, etc., preparing documents, negotiating, and making all preparations.
・SNS management work (photography, editing, planning, etc.)

Content Manager

・Planning and progressing various content related to artists
・Fan club, merchandising, event planning and promotion
- Negotiations with contract partners in content production
- Budget and schedule management for content production and operation
・Confirming contact details with relevant parties regarding content production and operation, creating materials, making preparations, and proceeding
・SNS management work (photography, editing, planning, etc.)
・All other operations related to content production and management
