Services: ・Planning and progressing various content related to artists
・Fan club, merchandising, event planning and promotion
- Negotiations with contract partners in content production
- Budget and schedule management for content production and operation
・Confirming contact details with relevant parties regarding content production and operation, creating materials, making preparations, and proceeding
・SNS management work (photography, editing, planning, etc.)
・All other operations related to content production and management

Desired career skills and application qualifications: ・Experience working in the entertainment industry, talent agency, advertising industry, etc.
・Those who can independently identify issues, share them with others, and work honestly
・Those who are confident in their physical and mental strength and have a positive attitude
・Those who can communicate smoothly and share each project with others while working
・Someone who is considerate and proactive
・Ability to operate a PC (office software, etc.)
・Those who have acquired basic knowledge, common sense, and business etiquette as a member of society

Preference will be given to the following individuals:
・Experience managing and operating social media and video content
・Experience in fan clubs, merchandising, event production, and advertising industries
- Experience in sales and promotion　
・Experience in on-site management of artists, actors, musicians, etc.
・Experience in contract and licensing-related work in the entertainment industry
・Language proficiency (English/Chinese/Korean, etc.)

Employment status: Full-time employee *Probationary period (6 months to 1 year)

Location: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo
* No transfer
*Artists may travel to other locations depending on their schedules.

Working hours: Flextime system based on 10:00-19:00 (8 hours of actual work)

Salary: Annual salary of 350 million yen or more
(This will be determined in accordance with our company regulations, taking into consideration previous salary, experience, skills, etc.)

Days off and leave: In principle, two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, New Year's holidays, and special leave for special occasions
*Depending on the artist's availability, there may be working days on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. (In such cases, you will be given compensatory days off.)

Selection schedule: Only those who pass the document screening will be contacted approximately two weeks after receiving the application.
