The 2021 calendar was shot by Ryunosuke Kamiki, who was able to capture Sato's natural expressions as he spends time with his friends, from a distance that only Kamiki, his longtime friend, could capture. Ever since they co-starred in the films "Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno" and "Bakuman," Kamiki's wish to photograph Sato has finally come true, and the project was realized at this time. Based on the theme of a "calendar like a photo book," the book is a special one, with photos taken in the car while driving, in the streets of Shibuya and Harajuku, at maid cafes, and in other places that Sato wants to go with Kamiki and where Kamiki wants to photograph Sato.
The calendar opens like a photo book, and you can freely insert calendar sheets into your favorite pages. This means that after you've finished using it as a calendar, you can keep it as a photo book forever.
