"Takeru Satoh Kutani ware small plate set" released as charity item for the 6 Noto Peninsula earthquake

We would like to express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the 6 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected.
The charity item "Takeru Satoh Kutani Ware Small Plate Set," aimed at supporting the recovery of disaster-stricken areas, will go on sale from 3:18 p.m. on Friday, March 00th.
All profits from this charity project will be donated to support the recovery efforts following the 6 Noto Peninsula earthquake.

Takeru Satoh Kutani ware small plate set

This set of two small plates is made of Kutani ware, a traditional craft of Ishikawa Prefecture, and features an original design by Takeru Satoh featuring a cat motif, vividly painted in the five Japanese colors known as the "Kutani Five Colors": green, yellow, purple, red, and deep blue.

[What is Kutani ware?]
Boasting a history of over 360 years, colored porcelain originated in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture during the Edo period and is a traditional craft characterized by colorful and elegant overglaze painting, mainly using the five Kutani colors of blue (green), red, yellow, purple, and deep blue.
