With the support of specialized organizations, we actively monitor such activities online and report them to platforms for removal. In addition, where specific damage has been identified, details are reported to the appropriate public authorities.

Despite these ongoing efforts, fake and impersonation accounts continue to be found.

Neither our artists nor our staff make any posts or send texts outside of official accounts. We will never contact you directly through comments, direct messages (DMs), or other private messages.

We never ask for money or encourage you to use paid services.

※Fake accounts can be difficult to identify, as they may use words like “official” or “private” in their usernames or profiles, or reuse official images. Please be cautious and check carefully.

▼About Impersonation Scams

In many reported cases, scammers first make contact via SNS comments or direct messages (DMs) and later switch to conversation to email or messaging apps. In some cases, they ask to purchase cryptocurrency or gift cards.
Our artists and staff never send private messages or ask for money. Please ignore and do not respond to such messages.

▼ For Those Who Have Been Affected or Feel Concerned

• If you have been affected by an impersonation scam or believe you may be in a suspicious situation, please contact your nearest police station directly with any relevant messages or evidence.
• If you find a fake account on SNS or receive a message from one, please do not respond and report it to the platform.

Please be advised not to trust any messages sent by individuals impersonating our affiliated artists or our staff, or any requests from such individuals for money.

If you would like to send a fan letter or gift, please clearly indicate the artist’s name on the package and send it to the address below. Items will be passed to the artist by staff.

Items We Cannot Accept
For safety and hygiene reasons, please do not send any of the following items:

• Food, beverages, plants, or animals
• Cash, gift cards, tickets, or vouchers or other cash equivalents
• Dangerous or hazardous items
• Amulets or religious items
• Items containing personal information, such as copies of identification documents, bank account details, or credit card information

Additional notes:

• Please use only delivery services provided by Japan Post, such as regular mail, Yu-Pack, EMS, International Parcel Post).
• We cannot accept items sent via private courier or delivery services.
• Anonymous items, insufficient postage, or cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted.
• Fan letters and gifts cannot be returned once received.
• Fan letters and gifts cannot be accepted at events, filming locations, airports, Shinkansen stations, other public transportation facilities, or while traveling by vehicles.

The nuisance behavior and breaches of etiquette described below may lead to trouble or accidents, cause serious inconvenience to relevant parties and members of the public, and have a significant adverse impact on the artist’s activities. We therefore ask that you strictly refrain from engaging in any such conduct.

• Waiting for the artist at filming locations, event venues, or any other work-related locations.
• Following the artist or waiting for them at train stations, airports or other transportation facilities
• Chasing or following the artist or any vehicle transporting them
• Taking photos or videos without permission
• Posting unauthorized photos or videos online
• Failing to follow instructions given by staff

In cases involving malicious behavior, we may take appropriate action, including reporting the matter to the police.

We truly appreciate all of you who support the artist respectful manner.

The unauthorized posting or distribution of images or videos featuring our artists, as well as the unauthorized sale of products featuring them, such as DVDs, Blu-ray discs, and photographs, may infringe the artists’ portrait rights and other rights, including copyrights, portrait rights, and publicity rights owned or controlled by our company.

The following acts may also infringe copyrights, portrait rights, or other applicable rights:

• Taking photos or posters featuring our artists and posting them on social media
• Reposting photos or videos originally posted by our artists or staffs on your account; or
• Using any such photos as your personal account profile image

When sharing official photos and videos on social media, we kindly ask that you use the sharing functions provided by the relevant platform, such as reposting, retweeting, or using the appropriate sharing options.

We will take strict action against any defamatory or abusive statements directed at our artists, our company, or any related parties, including by pursuing legal remedies such as requests for disclosure of sender identification information.
